This Wiki is to discuss the content of a methods course for future business teachers. It is important for students to gain the basic fundamentals of teaching. A framework is useful when discussing those fundamentals. Charlotte Danielson's Framework For Teaching contains four domains:

1. Planning and preparation
2. Classroom environment
3. Instruction
4. Professional responsibilities

These responsibilities seek to define what teachers should know and be able to do in the development of their profession.

Once the students gain the basic knowledge and understanding of the profession it is important to discuss in detail and through demonstration the National Standards for Business Education.
